Books and manuals still have their place, but it is time we move into the digital world in our approach to training. To that point, we would like you to consider joining with us in the development of a robust learning library targeted specifically toward the wastewater community and at least initially, Collection System worker and Supervisor development. Video instruction can be watched as many times as necessary until concepts stick. Narrative can be added for auditory learners. Video learning has been underutilized over the years, but with recent advancements in technology we all now have the ability to collaboratively contribute as developers, instructors, editors, or reviewers. Each lesson would be short, informative, would supply references, and would work off an easy to navigate template. All of these lessons could be accessed and streamed to desktops and tablets.
