Dr. Neemann’s relocation from Kansas as Director of Water Treatment Technology, comes amid a growing focus on water reuse applications to help alleviate drought in the West and Southwestern United States. Neemann has played prominent roles in several key, global water reuse projects. He assisted with design of the award-winning Bundamba Advanced Water Treatment Plant near Brisbane, Queensland, part of the largest recycled water scheme in the Southern Hemisphere. He also helped to evaluate water reuse practices for the Southern Nevada Regional Water Reuse Study and supported the Orange County Water District’s Groundwater Replenishment System Initial Expansion.
