Pumping Systems 101 – SFBS Seminar

The San Francisco Bay Section’s Professional Development Committee will be holding a seminar on Pumping Systems 101.

Do you wish that someone painted the “big-picture” for pumping systems for you? If so, this seminar is for you. Your colleagues will discuss different facets of pumping systems. They will collectively cover from hydraulics to asset management, and from instrumentation to the fundamentals of pumps. And of course, the case study and lessons learned. You may not become an instant expert at pumping systems, but you might just gain a well-rounded understanding on pumping systems. Pump and valve vendors will also be there with their trailer-mounted equipment and answer any questions you may have.

The seminar is scheduled for Thursday, April 14, at Union Sanitary District (5072 Benson Road, Union City, CA 94587). Last day to sign up is April 11, 2016. To reserve your spot, send registration info to Linda Leong at LLeong@sfwater.org. Please see the flier for more information.
