Register now for one of two opportunities to learn more about the Water Infrastructure Financing and Innovation Act which was recently signed into law. The EPA is now charged with establishing a program that will provide direct federal credit assistance for water and wastewater infrastructure. As part of an effort to create a successful and meaningful program, listening sessions across the country, including two locations in California are being held in October and November. The broad purpose of these sessions is to provide stakeholders and interested parties the opportunity to hear what EPA is planning, and for EPA to hear what stakeholders think about the program, its potential, and how it should operate.
